Steinway Promise
The Steinway Promise guarantees that if, at any time within five years of delivery date, the original owners trade in their Essex or Boston piano for a new Steinway & Sons Grand Piano, an allowance, in Euro, up to the full original Purchase Price of the piano, as defined in the invoice, excluding shipping, accessories, service and VAT, will be applied as a credit towards the new purchase. The Steinway Promise is subject to an inspection of the piano by Pianoforte’s authorised Steinway & Sons technicians. The resulting technical report will determine the final buyback value of the original instrument at the sole discretion of Pianoforte (Pty) Ltd.
